3. Orders & Acceptance

When you place an order:

• You are making an offer to purchase.
• Orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders due to:

• Pricing errors
• Stock shortages
• Suspected fraud
• Payment issues

An order is confirmed only once payment has been received and cleared.

4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
• Prices may change without notice before order confirmation.
• Payment must be completed in full before processing.
• Customers are responsible for any bank, conversion, or transaction fees.
• Refunds are issued in AUD to the original payment method.

Additional Fees

• A $10 shipping/handling fee per store applies, unless otherwise stated.
• Ordering multiple items from the same store incurs only one $10 shipping fee per store.
• Orders from multiple stores will incur a $10 fee per store.
• A 2% website service fee is charged separately.
• The 2% service fee is calculated on the total order value (before taxes and shipping) and applies to all website orders.

5. Shipping & Risk

• Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed.
• Customers are responsible for customs duties and import taxes.
• Risk in the goods passes to the customer once the order has been dispatched to the carrier, unless required otherwise under law.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or events outside our control.

6. Returns & Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Under the ACL, consumers are entitled to:

• A replacement or refund for a major failure
• Repair or replacement for goods that fail to be of acceptable quality

7. Wholesale (B2B) Purchases

• Wholesale pricing applies only to full box purchases.
• Partial box returns are not accepted.
• Business purchases may not be entitled to certain consumer guarantees where goods are not acquired for personal, household, or domestic use.

• Product descriptions
• Text
• Images
• Branding

is the property of Storepointer and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
